INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS Group's Crowne Plaza, properties have launched a second series of its innovative 'think tank' concept.

The business hotel brand has collaborated with a number of innovators, who have created a different product or service for its meeting rooms, bedrooms and club lounges.

The first to be involved in the campaign, Roger von Oech, has designed a 'Box', which will be available in selected meeting rooms across the region.

Each box contains three inspirational tools, designed to troubleshoot common meeting problems such as loss of focus, lack of creativity and difficulty in achieving meeting goals.

The tools include boards featuring inspiring quotes and 'Cards' that offer participants a fresh perspective on particular problems.

Says von Oech: "these tools are designed to energise and re-focus people. Meetings shouldn't be dead time - they should be alive with new ideas."

Properties in Europe, including the UK and Ireland, as well as the Middle East, will feature these innovations.
