Free Internet Access For Delegates

THE REZIDOR HOTEL GROUP is now offering free high-speed internet access for all participants of meetings and events in Radisson SAS hotels throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

It is an extension of the facility previously offered to resident guests - Radisson SAS claims to have been the first international hotel chain to offer high-speed internet access to guests on a complimentary basis.

"Getting connected to their corporate networks, checking e-mails or downloading documents is important to our meeting guests, and we are now offering a complimentary and easy-to-use service to all guests - even if they don't have a room reservation and are just visiting us for the day. We have a long commitment to being among the first to anticipate the needs of business travellers", says John Kennedy, Rezidor's vice president marketing and customer relationship. "Wifi is not limited to the meeting room - delegates can go online from the lobby or other public areas."

For those overnighting, the group's Business Class rooms include complimentary breakfast, either in the restaurant or in-room, free morning newspaper and a Nespresso coffee machine. Early-birds find a 'grab & run' breakfast in the lobby, and the hotels offer a three-hour express laundry service.
