Dedicated Transfers

DOT2DOT, the London airports' shuttle transfer service, has added a dedicated Heathrow Terminal 5 link.

The door-to-door service goes direct to and from T5 and more than 600 hotels, as well as corporate and residential addresses across central London and Canary Wharf. At peak periods, it expects to have up to 16 shuttle buses an hour serving the new terminal.

Introduced at the end of last year by National Express, the service, operated by a fleet of new 12-seat executive minibuses equipped with business-style leather seats, also serves the other Heathrow terminals and Gatwick. The shuttles use express bus lanes to avoid London traffic and each vehicle receives live traffic data to avoid any disruption on the roads.
